Valéan was founded in 2012, and its evolution through brokerage, property management, renovations, and new developments has provided over a decade of on-the-ground insight into these systemic issues. Drawing on this expertise, the firm now pursues its core mission: developing new living frameworks. By rethinking housing from both an architectural and an economic perspective, Valéan designs inventive models that integrate physical space with novel financial systems.
