Ground One is a platform that kick-starts visionary architects’ ideas by rallying future residents and development partners around sustainable, nature-immersed neighbourhood concepts.
The process follows a clear path: publish an inspiring design, build a vibrant community, bring in the right investors and experts, and finally grant that community priority access to the homes they helped shape.
Ground–1’s ambition is to deliver walkable, biodiverse and affordable living environments where beautiful architecture and daily contact with nature go hand in hand.
