ORCHARD 13

 

Orchard 13 is a five-room coliving project situated in Luxembourg City’s Bonnevoie district. It was conceived to foster community and enhance well-being through the warmth of genuine materials such as wood, linen and cotton. Its communal spaces encourage shared cooking sessions and board game evenings, offering more than mere functionality. This project also explores whether thoughtful design and a curated community of like-minded residents can translate into increased financial value.
