From 2012 to 2020, Valéan operated a brokerage service specialising in Luxembourg’s residential real estate market. During this eight-year period, the firm successfully managed numerous property leases and sales, guided by a core commitment to delivering an impeccable customer experience.

This direct market experience generated a nuanced understanding of client needs and invaluable market insights, which have informed and shaped all of Valéan’s subsequent development projects.

To this day, Valéan continues its property management activity, with a portfolio of co-living rooms and furnished flats in Luxembourg City.
